The floor plan matters more than the maximum

Ask the venue to show every dining table, service aisle, bar, buffet, speaker, production position, stage, dance floor, exit, restroom route, and accessible path. Request the same detail for the rain space. Cocktail capacity cannot be used as seated-dinner capacity.
